Generally, larger specifications (≥2000NM3/h) of ambient vaporizer have serious fogging phenomena in practical applications. Although white mist does not cause chemical pollution to the environment, a large amount of white mist spreading to the production area will affect the visibility of operators. Generally, white mist from large gasification stations will spread throughout the entire area, posing safety hazards to the normal operation of factories and road traffic.
The earliest invented Vaporizer defog device by our company in the industry includes a fence around the vaporizer. The defog device consists of a static pressure box, a collector, an electric heating auxiliary heater, a dedicated fan, an air duct, and an air outlet elbow connected in sequence from bottom to top. The side wall of the static pressure box is equipped with regulating air doors, etc.
Principle of defog device
Collect fog within the fence to prevent it spreading widely to the surrounding area; The fence is connected to a defog device through an air duct. The defog device adjusts the appropriate air volume according to the amount of fog and mixes it with the inhaled hot air in the cofferdam. After mixing, the fog continues to be heated again through an electric heating tube and is finally discharged upwards. When discharged, it is fully mixed with the hot air above, effectively eliminating the fog and achieving the goal of not affecting the surrounding environment traffic and personal safety. By increasing the air flow rate around the vaporizer, the heat transfer efficiency of the vaporizer can be greatly improved, and the vaporizer switching time can be effectively extended.
