This combustion series product is a high-tech and high-efficiency gasification equipment jointly developed by Wuxi Triumph and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. It can meet the urgent peak shaving needs of natural gas shortage in China, as well as the characteristics of large air separation equipment backup system with high flow emergency gas supply. Jointly developed a series of high-performance combustion vaporizer to solve industry confusion and fill domestic gaps.

● Submerged combustion vaporizer(SCV)
The skid mounted submerged combustion vaporizer (SCV) is mainly used to gasify large flow LNG from LNG receiving stations along the coast or Yangtze River or large cities. It fully utilizes the high-temperature flue gas generated by natural gas combustion as a heat source. The high-temperature flue gas causes severe disturbance in the water tank, efficiently heating the LNG heat exchange coil immersed in the water tank. It has the advantages of extremely high heat exchange efficiency, small equipment footprint, high automation level, fast overall skid mounted production, and gasification capacity not affected by climate. The maximum gasification capacity of a single unit is 200000 cubic meters per hour, with a gasification volume to gas consumption ratio of approximately 100:1.4. The gasification load can be adjusted arbitrarily from 10% to 110%.
● Overall Heated Vaporizer(OHV)
The skid mounted overall heated vaporizer (OHV) is mainly used to gasify peak shaving LNG or large air separation equipment backup systems with high flow emergency gas supply along the Yangtze River or in large cities. It fully utilizes the high-temperature flue gas generated by natural gas (or diesel) combustion as a heat source. The high-temperature flue gas transfers heat into the water through the furnace and smoke pipe, and efficiently heats the LNG heat exchange coil immersed in the water pool. It has the advantages of extremely high heat exchange efficiency, small equipment footprint, high degree of automation, fast overall pry mounted production, and gasification capacity not affected by climate. The maximum gasification capacity of a single unit is 100000 cubic meters per hour, with a gasification volume to gas consumption ratio of approximately 100:1.5. The gasification load can be adjusted arbitrarily from 10% to 110%.
